Eastern Pondhawk Dragonfly – Signed Fine Art Print

Fine art illustration of an Eastern Pondhawk Dragonfly (Erythemis simplicicollis.) The illustration is available in black and white or color. Artist’s notes: The Eastern Pondhawk Dragonfly illustration was completed on 10.10.2013. I was putting together a collection of dragonflies for a collage – and realized that for the layout the number I had completed – eight drawings – didn’t work. So I had to create another dragonfly drawing. I chose the Eastern Pondhawk because of the lovely green coloration of the females. The drawing is based on a photo by Vicki DeLoach.
