Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To be able to return toys or blankets, you must have an unboxing video and send us the same so we can verify your claim for a refund or exchange. Once we verify the claim, you can ship the product back to us and we will refund your money or offer an exchange, whatever you may prefer. The product must have the invoice and the original packaging.
