With immediate effect, the kennel has stopped showing and breeding dogs, the reason being that the breeder Tanne Eerland is very ill and forced to stop to undergo intensive treatment, then, with life and well-being, all remaining time is shared with the children and grandchildren.

THE END

2023 is less than a month young and the first show was ready for us in Mouscron, on the French border.

I have only registered one dog, my Neeltje, who gave birth to a litter less than half a year ago and is not yet completely in her old beautiful coat, but that did not alter the fact that she managed to conquer a very nice 2nd place there and with that, the reserve CAC and CACIB, a very nice achievement for a first show, as always I am very proud of my own bred Ch Y Ddraig Goch Quilt of Green Woods.

The biggest show in the Netherlands has been again, the "Winner". I went there too, all the way to Leeuwarden with Kae in open class and Emma in puppy class.
It was a special show because the judge has only been a judge on the Welsh Corgi Pembroke for a year and then judging such an important show is a challenge. Mrs. Birgit Sluiter gained her practice on the breed with me in 2021, so I was curious how she would judge.

Emma got a very nice first place and also became BEST PUPPY and her mother Kae the 3rd place with an Excellent.

We went to a show again, I have Emma with me in the puppy class, Babs in the intermediate class, and Kae in the open class.
Kae has recovered very quickly after her litter (from which Emma comes) and is fully back in her full coat.
Emma steals the show today, with just 6 months old she wins her class and also the male puppy class and becomes Best Pembroke Puppy with a very nice judge report from judge Rolf Blessing from Germany, who today unanimously only awards the prizes to a French kennel from which he also bought a dog. Kae scores another first place with an excellent and Babs a disappointing 3rd place with an excellent. I have learned my lesson again and am taking the experience with me into the future.

Today, Friday, December 16, it was finally time, Teun was allowed to go to a dog show for the first time, and immediately a club match where breeder and judge Anneli Sutela from Finland judged.

I had Teun in the Baby class, Emma in the Puppy class, and her mother Kae in the Open class.

TEUN = BEST BABY PEMBROKE

EMMA = BEST PUPPY PEMBROKE

KAE = 2nd EXCELLENT
